27 Vibrant Spring Nail Art Ideas for a Colorful Season

We all like cute nails, don't we? As in, why not? It is vibrant, charming, mood-lifting and so many good things packed into one. Looking at your nails, perfectly trimmed, beautifully adorned, and elegant, don't you agree that there is a surge of confidence that you feel runs down your veins? Well, that is certainly true in our case and so for you since you are here reading this article. So if you are in the mood to get some cute spring nail art done but don't know where to begin, let us help you out.

Spring Nail Art Ideas for a Colorful Season

What can you do to rejuvenate the real nails?

Before you make your real nails charming and representable, there is no way you are going to accomplish great nail art! So where do we begin? Well, why not start with the cuticle oil? If your nails feel dull and sad then you have to use cuticle oil to add some moisturizing agent to the enamel!

It is fine if you don't have time for a full-fledged manicure to revive your nails, but a second can certainly be invested in the cuticle oil. In case, you are running low on cuticle oil then even olive oil or coconut oil is good for the purpose.

Is it important to use nail polish remover?

Of course, you can not begin your job of cleaning the nails and getting suitable nail art without a nail polish remover. Prepping your nails is one of the most important things that you can not miss when it comes to nail cleansing and pre-nail art procedures. Even if you don't have any nail paint on the surface, there is no harm in dipping the cotton ball in the nail remover and cleaning your nails once again.

Why should you buff your nails?

You must have heard about the process of buffing your nails, haven't you? Well, it is important before you begin with the process of nail art. There is no harm in skipping this step but if you do, then all we can say is that you can't expect salon-like results. If you want extraordinary nails then extra effort certainly needs to be invested.

What are the things that you should do during the time you dry the nails?

There are a couple of things that you need to ensure when it comes to drying your nails. A long-lasting top coat is the secret to shiny and gorgeous nails. So when you think you are just done and the nails are almost ready, they aren't really, not until you have done the drying-off process right. A chrome or holographic nail powder can be dusted on the surface of the nails as well.

Is base coat so vital?

Of course, you cannot skip the base coat! That is like cementing your house! Without the cement you cannot compile the brick nor can you come up with the question of painting the house. The job of the base coat is to hydrate your nails and protect them from any form of abrasion. Allow the base coat to completely dry off before you move forward to the next step. Otherwise, your nails can get stained with the colors.

What to do if you make a blunder with the designs

After all, you are not a professional and it is quite possible to make a mistake when you are doing it for the first time. But that is okay since for every form of art, all you need is an eraser to make a fresh start.

Similarly, for nail art, you can get hold of an eraser to do away with any blunder that you end up making. Use a flat liner brush dipped in remover and then you can sweep it around the cuticular area or the region of error. This way you don't have to spend the rest of the day pricking polish off the skin.

What is the utility of the painter’s tape?

If you weren't aware of the utility of the painter’s tape, let us cite it for you. Lay it down on the nail bed in the direction or pattern you want the design to be made. Apply a base coat followed by two coats of polish around the tape. Then finally, you can peel it off. A negative space manicure is often designed in this style.

How much nail polish is too much nail polish

Well, you cannot pick a blotch of nail polish and apply it on the surface of your nail. That will indeed be the most ridiculous thing that you can do. You can instead stripe your nails thrice, once down the middle and then on both sides, instead of doing it all at once.
